My back hurts

Yesterday was the 4th Annual Tour d'Davis. This is a pretty ridiculous event, whereby 60-80 grad students and affiliated others form loose teams, dress in coordinated costumes, and bicycle around town in the middle of the day from place to place to drink excessive amounts of alcohol and "compete" in very disorganized games. I crapped out around 3:30pm - we'd been going since 10:30am or so, and I was tired. The party, however, was in full swing when I left, I don't even know how late it went. Much ridiculousness no doubt ensued after I left. But I was there for at least some of it.

My team, consisting of a bunch of guys from the psychology department plus Kelly, Dario's fiancee`. We decided to dress as old people, complete, of course, with old people names. There was Mortimer, George, Madge, Norman Bradley (brother of Milton), and Clancy. I was Murray Goldfarb, from Coney Island, now of Boca Raton. Behold:
This picture was taken in the morning right before I left my house. Keep in mind I biked halfway across town dressed like this, all by myself. The things I do for posterity.
Clicking on the picture should take you to my flickr account if you want to see more pictures.

wow, you looked old and cranky even before leaving the house. Great "costume."

I'm just amazed you managed to stand upright without your cane long enough for the picture to get taken.
